4 properties formerly owned by Prince for sale in Minnesota

Four Minnesota real estate properties that Prince owned were put up for sale in mid-November, with two more expected to be put on the market soon. All four of the properties are situated in Chanhassen. One of them, where the deceased musician lived at one time, is a 5,654 square-foot property situated on a 1.5-acre plot of land.

Existing home sales rise to highest levels in a decade

The sale of existing homes in the United States is now at its highest level since February 2007, according to a new report by Reuters. This news is good for the economy and the housing market as a whole, both of which appear to be in better shape than before the Great Recession. In Minnesota, the spike in selling is a nice lead-in to the winter months when demand tends to drop.

Downtown Minnesota office occupancy on the rise

Multi-tenant office space occupancy in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, is continuing to rise. In fact, both residential and retail development are steadily growing in the area as well. At this time, the Greater St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association says that competitively leased buildings currently show an occupancy of 83.4 percent this year.
